Seeking support can feel overwhelming, and I know that starting therapy is not always easy. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and never judged. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can take a breath, be yourself, and talk openly about what you are carrying.
I’m passionate about helping people work through life’s challenges with compassion and practical support. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, life transitions, low self-esteem, or feeling emotionally stuck, I strive to meet you where you are. I want patients to feel heard, supported, and empowered as they move toward healing and growth.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping clients manage anxiety, improve relationships, and move through difficult life experiences with greater clarity and resilience. I use evidence-based practices along with a supportive and culturally attuned approach to help clients understand themselves better and feel more grounded. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow at your own pace.
I have over 15 years of experience helping clients live a purpose driven and authentic life.
I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I work with a wide population of individuals including, children (10 years old and up), adolescents, and adults of all ages. I have been working with clients since 2009. During this time, I have worked in the community as a home-based provider, community mental health therapist, substance abuse therapist, college counselor, and private practice therapist. Much of my experience has surrounded helping individuals identify core issues and recover from past trauma. I believe in the healing power of being listened to and fully accepted.
