I have been in the field of Social Work for over 25 years. Over these years I have had the pleasure of working with adults and older adults dealing with everything from life transitions, depression, anxiety, and alcohol abuse to major mental illness and end of life issues. I enjoy using my educational and personal life experience to inform my practice.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years, and have experience working with adults, children and families. I earned my Master's degree in 2023 in Clinical Psychology from Bridgewater State University. I have experience with many mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, PTSD, psychosis, and personality disorders. I love connecting with women and mothers and helping them to find their joy and peace.
As adults, we are responsible for changing things not because we are to blame for these things, but because we are the only ones who CAN change them. That can feel unfair, and it is. But it can also be empowering- YOU are the catalyst for personal change. You can always take a turn or step in a different direction. I am here to help you with this noble work.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, adult ADHD, relationship issues, self-esteem, health/wellness, career counseling, burnout & trauma.

I received my Master's in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago in 2014. My clinical values are deeply rooted in the ethos of social work, which is that to understand any person, you must understand the context of their life. This includes your family of origin, socioeconomic status, any discrimination you face, and your religious or spiritual belief system. All of these parts of your life will be essential to bring into the therapy space to understand best what ails you and where we might find remedies within you and your community.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating addiction across the full spectrum, including alcohol and other substances, compulsive or process-based behaviors, early recovery, relapse vulnerability, long-term recovery, and transitions out of inpatient or higher levels of care. I also support clients experiencing co-occurring challenges such as anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, and major life transitions.
I have been working in the behavioral health field since 2015, with experience in addiction and mental health treatment across a range of settings and levels of care. I hold a Master of Social Work from Simmons University and am LCSW-eligible. I work with adolescents (13+) and adults, and I welcome clients at all stages of readiness, including those who feel unsure, ambivalent, or overwhelmed by change.
At the core of my work is the belief that addiction is rarely just about the behavior itself. It often reflects deeper emotional, relational, and stress-based patterns that deserve understanding rather than judgment. I place strong value on helping clients build internal resources while also connecting them to supportive services and external supports when additional structure or care would be helpful.
