Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I offer counseling services to adults, and specialize in working with current and former military, law enforcement, and first responders as well as their families for treatment of depression, trauma, grief and survivor's guilt, and work-related stressors.
Hi there...
My name is Eric. I have many years of experience working and collaborating with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of life stressors, diagnoses, and challenges. I’m driven to help people make sense of what they’re feeling and find better ways to cope when those thoughts and emotions start to take a toll on everyday life.
I’m naturally supportive and tend to work alongside you as a team, focusing on what actually helps improve your day-to-day quality of life in a way that feels realistic and meaningful to you.
Hi, I'm Dr. Haley Fox (she/her/hers), an integrally-informed artist/psychotherapist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology, board-certifications in art therapy (ATR-BCCS) and music therapy (MT-BC), and certification as a psychedelic-assisted therapy provider.
Hi! I'm Tori and I'm a licensed clinical social worker. I specialize in collaborating with women (trans and non-binary inclusive) in their 20s and 30s to help them gain freedom from overwhelming anxiety, improve boundaries and grow in self-compassion. I enjoy working with college and grad students as well as young professionals, and have a lot of experience helping queer, gay and questioning folks, especially in terms of identity exploration.
Drawing from over three decades of experience in mental health, addiction counseling, and psychiatric rehabilitation, I offer specialized, personalized approaches for both individuals and couples. In couples counseling, our focus is on enhancing communication and fostering skills to reignite connections and reopen hearts. I approach our work with utmost respect, collaboration, and a deep appreciation for your unique journey. You are the expert in your own experience, I provide unwavering support, strategies and realistic optimism.
Counseling since 1987; (Masters, 1997). I understand on a deep level what it can be like to live with and overcome mental health challenges and to be impacted by and overcome an addiction; this experience enriches my empathy and informs my clinical practice and ability to connect and understand more fully with you. We are human beings, not a diagnosis.
Currently an Adjunct Instructor at Tufts University School of Medicine. As Senior Instructor at Cambridge College, I taught & supervised masters level mental health counselors. As an Instructor at UMass Boston, I taught future drug and alcohol counselors. We are full of potential. Let's remove the barriers to your good health, happiness and success together! (Physical office setting 226 Massachusetts Avenue, Suite 1B, Arlington, MA as well as Telehealth through Professional Zoom account that is HIPPA Compliant and Secure available if preferred.)
My education is not limited to my degrees. I learn from my clients every day. They have taught me empathy, compassion, resilience, and what it means to live fully. I hold these values sacred, and strive to live a life of purpose. I never ask a client to do something I’m not willing to do myself.
