My name is Flor Eldridge. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I can help equip you with techniques necessary to cope with your life challenges. I’ve been in the helping field for over 15 years. I have experience working with all ages and all walks of life.
When I am not working, I enjoy time with family and friends, and traveling.
My journey stems from my own story of resilience in the face of hardships. I became a therapist because I have always wanted to help people through some of their darkest hours. Being exposed to some dark hours myself, I know that it is difficult to do it alone. When you have someone to confide in, assist you through the hard times, and just let you know that you are not alone, makes a difference.
My therapeutic approach includes CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Relational Therapy, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, SFT, EMT, Gestalt, and just speaking like a human being. I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported. My approach is relational and personalized—we'll explore your story together, build coping tools, and move toward healing with curiosity, courage, and care.
Therapy with me is real, down-to-earth, and never boring. I mix honesty, humor, and heart to make the process comfortable. I help adults manage emotions, build confidence, and tackle life's challenges with tools that work. Think of it as a safe space to be yourself, grow, and maybe laugh along the way.
I’m a licensed therapist with experience in college mental health, working with adults and young professionals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure why things aren’t clicking the way they “should.” A lot of the people I work with are used to handling things on their own and may not have had a space before to slow down and really sort things out.
My own path into this work was shaped by personal experiences with mental health, which gives me a strong sense of how frustrating and isolating it can feel when things aren’t working and how meaningful it is when they start to shift.
I work with a wide range of individuals, including those navigating ADHD, anxiety, overthinking, high achievement pressure, identity development, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I aim to create a space that feels grounded, real, and inclusive, including for individuals from diverse backgrounds and those in the LGBTQIA+ community. Learn more at www.insitucounseling.com.
As a licensed therapist with over three decades of experience, I specialize in supporting individuals through life's complex challenges. My practice centers on helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, family dynamics, grief, and significant life transitions. I have worked with a vast population: healthcare, residential, mental health and the unhoused.
“Only those who sow seeds of change can hope to grow and reap a harvest.”

Hi! I'm Ariel Swanson, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is compassionate, supportive and tailored to your unique needs. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions and trauma. I believe that healing happens in a safe and nonjudgmental space. Whether you're navigating life's challenges or looking for personal growth, I'm here to help you find clarity, resilience and meaningful change.
I am a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with 35 years of experience. I am a caring and dedicated therapist who often goes the extra mile when it will assist a client. I highly value creative and artistic expression, and I help my clients tap into their strengths and passions. I am able to do this, in part, based on my rich background in humanities and the arts (literature and theatre, expository and creative writing, acting and directing, and music: creative fields in which I've directly participated and/or taught at the undergraduate and graduate level). Clients I work with especially well are curious, introspective, willing to dig deep, and interested in becoming more compassionate towards themselves and others. They aren't afraid to look at their feelings in the here-and-now of the therapeutic relationship.
Having worked in highly diverse settings and at multiple levels of care, (often with highly undeprivileged and stigmatized client, such as adolescent and sex offenders, inner-city alcoholics and substance abusers, and severely mentally-ill patients in psychiatric civil commitment ) I am able to help with a wide range of concerns, but some areas in which I am particularly skilled are major depression, bipolar disorder, adult ADHD, addictions, impulsive, compulsive, or excessively inhibited behavior, relationship issues, life crises, and the search for personal meaning.
I specialize in PTSD, combat-related trauma, cult-related issues, work-related stress and anxiety, couples therapy, men's therapeutic concerns, executive and leadership counseling, clergy support, and depression treatment.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a deep passion for helping individuals and families navigate cross-cultural experiences, identity struggles, life transitions, and academic or work-related stress. My personal and professional background has given me insight into the complexities of acculturation and balancing multiple identities. I strive to create a compassionate, affirming, and collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
