Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working in private practice, forensic settings, and community mental health, supporting individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents. These diverse experiences have strengthened my appreciation for each person’s unique story and the resilience they bring to therapy!

We become better at navigating our lives when we learn accurate information, remove the judgment that comes with other people's attempts to control our life, and take a clear look at potential outcomes (both good and bad) of our choices.
