I am deeply committed to supporting individuals in navigating life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. My approach focuses on creating a safe, open space for reflecting on experiences and developing tools for lasting change. I’m passionate about helping clients discover their strengths and guiding them toward a life that reflects their true values. Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, spending time at the beach, baking, and diving into adventure and thriller novels.
My name is Hilary Matthews. I have an MA in Psychology and certifications in Substance Use and Trauma. I enjoy working with adults 18 +in my client centered practice.
I've found that building a strong relationship is the foundation of any successful therapy. My grounding philosophy is to meet people where they are at and to tailor my knowledge and experience to help them get to where they want to be. My ideal clients are those motivated, committed, and open to exploring various parts of the inner self and how these parts motivate, protect, grieve, and organize us for action.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I am trained to look at the whole picture. Because I am a trauma therapist who specializes in ADHD and highly sensitive nervous systems, the big picture to me means looking at the many parts that make up a person. Like someone healing their relationship with their external family, I am trained to help people heal their relationship with their family within–the angry parts of us, the depressed parts of us, the parts affected by ADHD, and the parts holding trauma. I’ve been practicing therapy for 14 years. During the first part of my career I worked as a trauma-focused child and family therapist, and I now bring those insights into the work I do with adults.
Hello, I’m a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with teens and adults to overcome their life challenges and develop the coping skills necessary to become the best version of themselves. I have worked in multiple settings, including as a clinician at a university, counseling parolees, and most recently as part of a group practice.
Hi, I’m Jordan D. Le Blanc, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe that small, consistent adjustments can lead to meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help clients reframe experiences of pain or struggle into opportunities for personal and intergenerational healing. I bring a calm, steady presence and create a space where you can slow down, gain perspective, and begin to reconnect with yourself and others in healthier ways.
I am a strength based, client centered, solution focused therapist who believes in your innate capacity to heal.
As a marriage and family therapist, I specialize in working with women and men in their late 20s to 40s who are navigating the aftermath of emotionally abusive relationships and feeling stuck in their healing journey. My passion lies in helping individuals rediscover their sense of self, build self-trust, and reclaim their lives from the shadows of toxic relationships.
I work with individuals who grew up with a pervasive sense that they were “outside the box.” Sometimes that comes from being neurodivergent, navigating gender or sexuality, growing up in strict or religious environments, being home-schooled or always feeling different from the people around you. Many of my clients arrive with ADHD, autism, depression, anxiety, identity questions, or long-held patterns of masking to get through work, school, or life. It’s common for them to feel numb, lonely, misunderstood, or unsure about who they are and where they belong. If that resonates — you’re in the right place.
I support neurodivergent adults, ADHD/Autism, LGBTQIA+ and questioning folks, individuals exploring gender identity or transition, people processing religious trauma, chronic health struggles, grief, loss, and PTSD. I also love helping creatives, deep thinkers, and people who feel like they’ve spent years trying to “fit” rather than exist authentically.
